As expected, Peter will leave Aberdeen by the end of May.
There will not be changes in the consortium, but only in the scientific
person in charge of the project in Aberdeen (no official change, either).
-
Financial arrangements:
-
Advanced payment: all partners (?) have sent an invoice to the VU, which
will transfer the money soon.
-
Cost statements: only one at the end of project
-
distinguishing between Personnel and Travel&subsistence
-
and between Estimated and Actual costs
-
corresponding to the amounts we applied for (although there can be a shift
between categories upto a 20%)
Advice: Keep a record (copies of your reimbursement forms?)
of the money you spend on personnel and workshops, to facilitate the process.
-
Augsburg problem for 100% reimbursement of Travel&subsistence costs:
the Augsburg university should follow the EC policy for AC partners, if
necessary A'dam would send a writing giving clear instructions.
